Perfection Chocolates members

We founded Perfection Chocolates in 2005. Mark has been in the food industry for over 23 years with experience in family and fine dinning. Mark has trained under a Master Danish Baker where his love and passion for chocolates and baking grew. As chocolatiers and owners of Perfection Chocolates, we want to welcome you into the world of fine Chocolates.

We craft all of our Chocolates by hand and strive for the perfect balance of flavor and texture. We use only the finest Belgium, Swiss, and South American chocolates blended with natural oils, nuts and dried fruits to achieve what we believe is the perfect balance. All of our confections are hand crafted in small batches without the use of heavy machinery, to ensure the quality and freshness of our product. Our chocolates are made without preservatives of any kind; therefore, they are perishable and should be eaten within one week of purchase.

We offer a selection of truffles, bonbons, caramels, barks, and other specialties.
